Hi all
If you all were wondering why I got quite silent during last couple of days…okay okay more silent than usual?
It is about my sport…volleyball. Some of you who know me may know that I really like playing it.
There were times when I was playing twice a week. And I am not really bad at it either ;)
The problem I have with it is that it is quite a risky sport. Especially for the knees, the jump-joints, the fingers…..well all of the joints.
I seem to hurt myself at it every other week….get a hard punched ball on the finger…land a bit false when jumping.
I see that others of my team don’t have that problems so much as I do….the conclusion is that I have weak joints.
I can see the end of my sports on the horizon….and I don’t fucking like what I see there
So I ask you…do you have knowledge of how one can make em stronger?
And if you yourself do sports..do you have similar problems?
In other news: my mp3-player seems to have a problem with the harddrive…makes funny sounds and takes ages to boot up….

Yes you read correctly....
I was being poked to update *g*
the saying that got me outside was: even zeke updates more than you do!!
(nothing against you zeke *gg*)
So I will give you a little update
As you might recall..I was in internship at S-Bahn Berlin GmbH
that was a nice internship...especially the last 4 weeks because of the CNC-mill and lathe...I made some pretty neat tv-towers
and designed and programmed the moscow tv-tower..that was quite a work...I will post some pics of them if someone is interested....
I will have to get a good digital camera first
okay that internship ended on june 30th...I totally enjoyed my first free week..
sleeping until 11 am...BRILLIANT
I also got pointed at a science fiction series not out yet in Germany...it is Doctor Who
I have to admit that I like it a lot...I have seen the 2005 and 2006 season so far...and wait for the next ep on saturday *ggg*
TENSION!!
wow there is a thunderstorm going on outside right now..hopefully cooling down the air a bit
ahh btw I started doing sport again yesterday....damn do my muscles hurt now
but what did I expect after 14 weeks of non-sport-ness (yes I know thats a made up word)

HOW MUCH I LOVE MY BROADBAND?
well I do it now
I love my broadband...I love chatting whenever I want..and for how long I want...I appreciate it....some of my friends now why *wink*
not to speak of the other positive things you can do with a broadband connection...cat knows what I mean
you can download stuff with 90kB per second and still be able to surf faster then it was possible with my old idsn connection
in other news: internship goes well
the cnc lathe is a wonderful thing...I want one for myself...well I have a simulation program but its not quite the same
